Ironshore Reps Morale Very Low Here

The overall morale is at an all-time low here at Ironshore for the sales reps. Sales Reps are leaving and many good ones have left already. Ironshore is a sinking ship. The sales leadership is a joke and care nothing about the sales reps. One very bad apple has already been dismissed because of inappropriate behavior to females. DV the CCO is about as bad and only cares about himself. He thinks and acts like he is better than all the reps and you are not worthy to be in his presence. Pathetic. If you are thinking of joining Ironshore, think again. Their are better Pharmaceutical companies out there. Look elsewhere.
 






Payouts for Q1 will be the highest ever and it’s not even close, but yes I’m sure reps morale is at an all time low because some reps have left. I’m sure everyone was such great friends that they were so heartbroken when they left. This is job and as long as the checks are still cashing who cares who left

What company are you working for? When bonus is capped at $20k that means no matter what your goal attainment is and market share, you cannot make more than $20k for the Quarter.

This company is going down hill and fast.
 






















































Paul C. & Danny V have RUINED this company. Danny V. is so scared of being humiliated by his ex Shire colleagues at a competitor he doesn't focus on his own product. Ironshore leadership is such a joke.
 




































Morale is in the toilet, only the usual 10 favorites who have their numbers fixed are happy & making money. They have to get drunk w/them on all the company functions to stay in the good graces. Most people here are looking for other jobs or using this company as a building block. The salary is not specialty, the money is crap, management is disorganized and micromanaging everything, promotions only come if they know you from a former company and you're their buddy. Horrible place, stay far away. Everything they tell you is a lie.

It is very weird how the same people do always win. Do their goals not go up as high as the rest. If you only favor a few the rest will get tired and leave.
