What I find funny is that once a contract ends most people who post here are bitter and angry. The bottom line is that you took the job knowing that it was a contract and contracts begin and end. Take responsibilty for yourself and stop relying on others.

Really? ..........What makes it great?

Honest reply needed...include salary, bonus, pension, benefits, car, expenses, computer info, training, territory, managers, advancement opportunites.

BTW...tell us about your cost of living where you live and if this job can make a difference for paying off debt and making you ready for elder years (AKA retirement).

My contract has been going for years. We are treated the exact same as the manufacturer reps. My salary is a little lower but not much. My job is secure. My bonuses, vacation, ect are the exact same. It really depends on the piece of business. Some are more volitale than others. Mine has been great. I know they are not all this way but I am grateful that mine has been such a good experience.
