Intrepid is a very small player in my market for good reason. Incompetent branch director, and sub-par care for patients. Very humiliating trying to sell this crap company. Slimy RDS is the biggest idiot I've ever encountered. Actively seeking other employment.
 
















I was an admin for Intrepid and total employment lasted 13 years. The changes happening are related to the new structure WM has brought in. They are working diligently now to change out anyone who disagrees with his strategies. He is basing everything on his experience with Amediysis. Well I think we know where this is going. I was told to reduce staff in the office by the NE RDO. I questioned her on that due to the fact census supported the office staffing. From that point on she made a hostile environment. Then denied everything to staff that had any questions. I asked to step down from my position and worked out 9 days on my notice. I then received a call from the RDO to get my things and leave. I was paid my remaining two weeks and received all my PTO. However she then threatened all the staff that if anyone talked to me they would lose their job.
So really, regardless of the title you are interviewing for, do you want to work for a company that operates in this underhanded was and deceives and threatens staff? Reconsider your options! I've also heard they're not paying every office every week with direct deposit but are choosing 10 or so offices every week to get paper checks a day later than payday. This would also be very disco rating to me if I was considering joking Intrepid.
 








Intrepid USA is a poorly run company. Massive turnover, low morale, incompetent managers at all levels. Think long and hard before you accept employment here. Sales training/guidance was virtually none. Expected to expense eveything on your own dime and wait for weeks to be paid. Went thru a revolving door of managers. Communication from top management was horrible. Company was big on threats, but did not offer real tools to help. poor operation start to finish, amateurly managed. Nurses constantly complained about everything.
