I used to work for Intrepid and had to relocate. Someone told me to check out this website. I am not only appalled at the language that is posted on here, but I had a great experience with Intrepid. I am currently working for another home care and really, Intrepid was a better company.
 












Let me tell you about another story during my time with intrepshit. Administrator calls me one morning at 8am. Tells me to meet her at a snf in the area that she has a referral that is a friend. Ok I do so. When we show up the director of ss says the patient was already dc and was set up with another agency. So that Adm. turns arounds and starts arguing with the person and making a complete ass of herself. Granted this is a big facility we are trying to get in! Arguing over a referral that is not even the golden nugget Medicare. How professional are you really! Get a clue! So I turn around and tell my boss. What does he do but whimp out! Come on and grow some!
 








Make sure if you are going through the IV process to ask about the tracking device in the blackberry. They will not tell you up front. One month you go below the expectations they will put you on a plan. After this year they will turn over all the middle managers and either get new ones or the company will be sold. POS company! It is owned by investors now and they are worried about one thing! People running the company are clueless!
 




Here we go again. Central Pa. is posting another job opening for a sales person. How many sales people have you gone through in the last 2 years? Have you ever thought maybe it is not the reps you hire it is the adm. and the sales director. Oh, how many adm. have they had in the last five years. 4 or 5! place is like a revolving door. What a joke. Intrepid will be out of business by the end of the year!
 








I worked for this company for just over a year. It was the most unprofessional company I have ever been associated with. There are so many things they do not tell you or explain during the interview and there is very little training. Most everyone I met was rude and hateful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
 












JA, Quit posting negative comments about Intrepid. Everyone knows you were canned this week and they are upgrading their corporate sales force. Intrepid is about quality care to it's patients, not boosting your ego. Get a life! And to try and pull in the sales reps into your game (DS) is really low.

This is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never worked for a company like this. Awful experience. No one knows what they are doing. They will throw you under the bus. It is scary how un-professional these people are.
 




POS I worked there for a short period of time. Most unprofessional group I ever saw. Administrator, Clinical Manager, Nurses, DOS, all were terrible. Very miserable people. Right DS and JA. Hahahhahahahahah.
