POS company-ops and sales always at odds. Administrators think they are untouchable! Most of the ones I have seen are control freaks. No respect for ae's. Respect goes both ways fools! Get a clue. By the way the pay sucks!
 












ops and sales are always at each other. our administrator always complains about the vp sales but is always on the phone with him disfunction runs deep here. Me too company at best. Second rate company. Upper mgmt does not know what they are doing. Growth calls are a joke!
 




POS company. Investment company purchased intrepid and is still floundering. Upper mgmt. has no clue of home health care. Director of Sales are useless windbags. This company is headed for the shitter!

Let me spell it out. Low base salary. Hard to make commission. Constant battle between ops and sales. Blackberry with a tracking device. Upper mgmt will micro manage you. Expenses take 6 to 8 weeks to get back. constantly on you about updating crm which does not work half the time. no 401 k. constant bitching between adm and sales. medicare centric private insurance is not counted. its like it does not exist. Sales directors are behind the times. most staff members do not give a shit. horrible co.

It is there blackberry-they can do want they want. They did not tell me up front but they really should have. It is creepy they track your every move. The expectation is to keep your phone on during the weekend which is fine. At the same time they are tracking you on the weekend. Mgmt is this area is a mess. Upper mgmt. has no idea what they are doing. There is a call every two weeks with the National Director of Sales on what you are doing. Micro-mgmt. to the hilt. If you do not have another option take the job.If you have any other options this will be a terrible choice. In my office the turnover for sales people has be tremedous. Do yourself at favor and check out the investment company that owns them.
 








This company is horrible. National Director of Sales is clueless. The sales director are clueless and stupid. Good ole boy network. The Administrators are mostly angry women that want to control the entire office. Hey your so called southern charm does not work up north. Be cautious when you resign. They want a 4 week notice before to receive your PTO time! How crazy and cheap is that!
 




anyone out there looking at this company do not make the leap. Horrible company. Just like pharma they track your every move on the blackberry. My first lunch with a very big referral source that had good upside they insisted I do it on the cheap and bring in KFC. I asked the administrator if she was kidding. She was serious and told me to go on line to print a coupon. What a joke!
