Anyone remember what the vacation time is? The recruiter told me, but it’s been so long since we spoke I’ve forgotten. I know they don’t shut down for the holidays in December, unfortunately.

15 days of vacation with 5 days of personal time (I think). Not shutting down between Xmas and New Years is disappointing and surprising.

I'd really like to know the true range on salary too. Was told my current salary was in range but I'd like a nice bump if possible. Anyone know for sure?

that’s about right. The drugs look decent but I’m concerned about the management they have hired. Lots of people have raised red flags. I’m still waiting for interviews so I’ll just observe what people say about some of the managers

Look at the LinkedIn pages and you will easily identify very glaring issues. A few of us that worked together in the past interviewed with one of them and all we could do was laugh it off. Good luck if you choose to pursue it.

What's with the ambiguity? What exactly did you laugh off? Drug seems good. Solid pipeline. What's the problem?

You think they already have their teams picked out like usual?

yep, they already picked their people, the usual retreads from, Allergan, Avnair, and other companies,
the DMs and reps all know each other, and unless you are part of the cabal you will neve be hired. No big loss, I would not want to work for that group!!!

It is a good opportunity if you are in a situation where 105-115k is a good increase and upward for you with a start-up and launch, for some reps with more years or more success that isn't the case. The managers and directors that have started so far in the at-risk scenario speak volumes about this challenge as well as the company's inability to attract top talent in other ways.

MANY MANY up the ladder worked together at Radius Health. Who the hell is that? That is a very good question... It failed

Huh? At risk scenario?

You're way off on the salary partner. Makes me think you don't have a clue.

Director pay = Manager anywhere else, which is why multiple passed

Manager pay = Rep pay in many settings, see above for same outcome

Rep pay = Budgeted for average base of $105,000 USD (Since you clearly don’t know a damn thing but act as if, that means giving one rep 115k gets someone else 95k on the budget)

Options separate budget and because it is all three levels, smaller quantities and longer vest period than the original budget

Anymore questions idiot?

I was correct, you don't have a clue. Average base for a rep is much higher.
