Interviewing with Dermik

You just fell into a good situation jackass - if you think you make that much of a a difference you are kidding yourself. Pharm sales is not selling, its ass kissing and catering - in less than 5 years most of us will be out of jobs as companies start to realize that for the most part reps are not worth the investment especially given the declining access.

Again- experience speaks, and speaks the truth !

Maybe kill was the wrong word. Destroy would be better. Jennings has long track record of running anything he touches into the ground. Just look at the posts on him on SA website and here. Lacks integrity and leadership. Also a bad finger pointer when things get tough. On the other hand he will blow his own horn when things are good even though he had nothing to do with. Is looked upon as leper in management circle as he sits in meetings and nods his head like a Bobble head. Only problem this is just a disguise as he is somewhere else like thinking about Sponge Bob or Raven his favorite shows. Try asking him a question in a meeting and you will will see a face that is lost. See how much he interacts with the troops and meetings,POA, or award trips. Changes are you will see him by himself. I true example of what not to become in SA leadership. With him in any kind of leadership role at Dermik is the kiss of death. Chances are he was put in role to undervalue Dermik so they so another company will come in and bid high on them as SA will be looking to sell of lines if plavix injunctin soes not go through.

Where is Jennings these days? I heard he started his own pharma company based on his ingenuity, grasp of derma science and his innovative ideas. could this be true?
