More of an issue is the reputation Dermik has in the NY area. Docs know it's not Dermik of old anymore. Prods on downsize and SA calling the shots. High turnover as well. Mgrs, reps and the RSD recently.
Nothing else I would take it.

There are no guidelines that need to be followed at Connetics. Except for kissing management's asses. In fact bribery and frivolous spending are encouraged. We even have a VP of Bribery.

In fact it this lack of restraint that has enabled me to not spend single dollar of my own money on food or alcohol for myself or my friends. Thanks Connetics!! All that and double points on my AMEX!! Ride her till she bucks ya!!!!
 


















i am also interviewing with dermik- i have a question about job stability- are there any rumblings of reorganizations or shifts in territories? i know every other company has things like this going on.
 


















Don't forget we are being the eight ball with Brian Jennings- Worst VP in the history of Sanofi- also is known throughout the comapny as the Dutchboy.
We are screwed if Jennings stays- he will kill this company
 












Maybe kill was the wrong word. Destroy would be better. Jennings has long track record of running anything he touches into the ground. Just look at the posts on him on SA website and here. Lacks integrity and leadership. Also a bad finger pointer when things get tough. On the other hand he will blow his own horn when things are good even though he had nothing to do with. Is looked upon as leper in management circle as he sits in meetings and nods his head like a Bobble head. Only problem this is just a disguise as he is somewhere else like thinking about Sponge Bob or Raven his favorite shows. Try asking him a question in a meeting and you will will see a face that is lost. See how much he interacts with the troops and meetings,POA, or award trips. Changes are you will see him by himself. I true example of what not to become in SA leadership. With him in any kind of leadership role at Dermik is the kiss of death. Chances are he was put in role to undervalue Dermik so they so another company will come in and bid high on them as SA will be looking to sell of lines if plavix injunctin soes not go through.
