Interviewing with Dermik

I have an interview set up and I am looking for some info. What is the pay range for someone with 2+ yrs experience in the NY area? What's your company car? What are your quarterly bonus payouts? Any other info would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for serious answers.

Forget Dermik. Mgt is running what was Dermik into the ground. You like being a robot, go for it. Salary is mediocre at best. Any company gives you a car. Not important. Free car shut up and take it. Never mind what kind is it. Plenty of other opportunites out there.

Go buy a new pair of sneakers. Put them on and RUN FROM THIS INTERVIEW!!!

Don't listen to the un happy non performers. The future at Dermik has not been this good in awhile! The culture has certainly changed, but this is the year 2006 not 1995 so stop listening to the ones that won't make it anywhere! Bad comments only come from the ones that are poor at what they do! This company is moving up and away from the competition.

BJ, enough already with this silly crap. Everyone knows you're on here trying fool us. You've got nothing and we know you for who you are. No one respects anything you do or say anymore and this forum is not helping your cause. You really should move on and wreck another company. You have done that here, so time to move on to the next one.

This is very good example of a one-sided BS post from managers who know better. To be fair and honest I know several reps here that agree with many of the posts, and are great at what they do and perform everyday.

That is going to have to come from Brent R. or Tim R. because Balzer either doesn't have the balls or is just on borrowed time himself. Agree, Jennings is the worst I've ever seen and I've been around this company for awhile.

True, very true. Dermik has finally turned the corner and it feels great. I have been with Dermik for nearly four years and this is the best that I have ever seen it. Forget about the half a dozen or so cutter-dwellers that jerk themselves off about Dermik's decline, everyone I know is excited about working here. I made more money this quarter than ever before and it feels great.

Look at the weak companies around us. Stiefel has to co-promote Retin-A because we are kicking their butt. Collegenex is a complete joke. CONnetics is going down the drain. 3M is out and Valiant just downsized.

Interviewee's beware, most of the ex-Dermites write all the negative shit anyway.

If you want derm there is no better place to be than Dermik.

After four years you must not know that many people. You sound as glazed over as most of the management that lies about the so called "salary adjustments" while they bring in their buddies from SA to fill openings, and give them the salaries we deserve.

I find it funny that you have to sell everyone here about how great Dermik is now. Your post has definately over-sold itself in true management form. I can tell you right now I AIN'T BUYIN' WHAT YOU"RE SELLIN'!

I just threw up in my mouth.......What planet are you on?

I have a phone screen with Dermik coming up and have been in derm sales for the past 6 yrs...my company is biting the dust. Is it worth my time? What is the Ohio manager like? How does Sculptra compare in market share with Botox?? I would assume it is rough selling a product like Sculptra without a cosmetic indication, against Botox. I would also assume that Ohio is most certainly NOT the cosmetic mecca compared to other areas and the product could struggle here. I have been in the same situation selling a skin cancer product and have consistently seen the "sun belt" rake in all the business. Any thoughts? Thanks.
