This was all part of the plan. To bring in people at good salaries in order to take advantage of their book of business and relationships. Then either lay them off or force them to find another job. All layoffs take place before stock options can be granted. You were fooled. There is no other way to sell this crap combo than to manipulate doctors with prior relationships with reps. Any new folks replacing you are coming in at lower salaries.

Oh, and also, most job postings right now are not going to be filled. They are simply fluff.

Honest feedback: multiple, MULTIPLE, “quiet” layoffs and the company has only had reps for a couple of years. There is no longevity here.

They’ve also ghost posted and interviewed for “expansion” jobs multiple times without actually hiring an expansion team. Just a few token hires. This is usually coincidental with a need to bump PR in hopes of a stock increase, but that hasn’t paid off.

The stock is barely worth more than prior to the Auvelity launch. Dud shell company. Not built for viability for someone trying to feed their family.
This is still going on. Ghost posting. Home office not doing work bc they have none. HR partakes in this fraud. SEC should investigate.
