interview process

I meant to tell you, they ask a lot of "what if" questions and tell us a time when something happened type stuff. Also, what would you do if…. Some love story telling BUT, be honest.

Have your "stories" prepared, rehearsed and sound like you know what the hell you're talking about while you smile brightly. Also, don't pick your nose or rub your balls during the process....one of the 3-4 sitting in front of you will be on the look out for this behavior

Share your best off label promotion story, or like an Amgen rep I heard they just hired in the Midwest, bring your loyalty discount sheets to the interview. Very IMPRESSIVE!!

Unless the internal is a Roche rep then you have the job
Especially if the legacy Roche rep has a ton of experience, President Club winner, knows all of the doctors, knows all of the partner reps, has a great reputation, then you will definitely beat out the internal candidate. genentech hates successful Roche reps..when can you start?

The interview process is a complete joke at Genentech...Managers who cannot make decisions then get every possible person involved even many other reps...Go figure...

HR needs to wake up!!!!! There are some super solid HCV/IMPACT division reps that are more than qualified getting passed up by BS!!! Even going to external candidates!!!

For a Top company to work for Genentech needs to take a good look in the mirror.
Things are going South real quick...Wake up HR at Genentech!!!!!

We hear all the time about the off label problem in the midwest. Sounds like a compliance bust is going on in the midwest now as well
