Seriously the biggest "misconception" perpetrated being touting the non-existent 1 yr ITCA for years and not being transparent about the side effects and heck of challenges yanking ITCA out of some pts. Now if Intarcia was a public company then there is no way they can get away with such lack of disclosures....

Layoffs and stopping the Ph 3 trials mean 3 things:

1. Low cash despite claiming raised millions+
2. No prospect of approval any time soon
3. Possibly shit can the Ph 3 data, fix the device for more controlled release and initiate a new study or extensive bridge study

PS - those of you let go - please don't be stupid and buy the shares as this sick puppy (no pun intended to dog lovers) will never get to IPO!

Intarcia is run amok with sales and marketing people! Start with the ULT and even the ex-COO MW chap was marketing guru. Lest we forget KG is the marketing guru, whiz and savant all in 1!

Who needs other functions anyway? They're just bunch of worthless overheads and naysayers! We the slick sales & marketing weasels can sell snake oil pump! :p
 
























If the company morale and management is so bad you should all go onto Glassdoor and post your review of the company. Right now, Glassdoor shows 78% CEO approval rating for KG and 3.2 out of 5 stars overall. Not bad.

So if you really feel strongly make your opinion known and share it. The site is anonymous.

It's an old news really. Intarcia set-up an Irish subsidiary years ago and 1 of the reason TH from Genentech who joined the circus fray was the fabled story of hey you can help us build a new state-of-art dream team plant in your homeland. Besides Ireland has become a magnet for pharma outfits seeking low tax as well as easier entry into the EU market.

Who know if they will even break grounds on the new facotry as it was sold to the Hayweird folks as just drug substance factory and the implants will be continued to be "hand" filled in Hayweird (call it old world hand crafting - LOL) in non-descript warehouse building. Suckers there believed the story but not anymore since the bloody Feb 1 lay offs.
