While this is manager specific, I can say that mostly it’s not a micromanager type environment. The expectations are focused on achieving results, not “activity goals”. So if you can drive some Rx volume you will be just fine and making some dime. That said, my tip is to be careful in your selection of your call credit list. The geography is large so make sure your best prospects are geographically well situated; this is more of a niche sell for now so it’s likely 10-15 providers will be generating most of the rx volume. This undoubted will change when the positive outcomes data is realized, but for now it’s a narrow focus-hit your numbers and there is little discussion on reaching all the potential prescribers.
