Ingrezza Lawsuits Over Safety?

LOL! that is true. But it still does not change the fact the FDA website FAERS does back up what the person posted on AEs/Death, and sec 7 of our PI does state our drug interaction problems. While CF is a place for angry ex-employees to cause problems, the fact remains the info on Ingrezza is true. I have not heard anything with my team on this issue but if Teva starts to talk about this stuff we could be in serious trouble. Metabolism is one thing, but this FDA thing could be a big deal. Granted we do not know the specifics of these cases; however, do we have a response to this problem?

I did not find much on the lawsuits, but that does not mean it isn't true.

Oh believe you me, if in fact they're true, Teva will find it and exploit us. Especially if our leadership knowingly hid this from us and now is putting us in harms way with our prescribers or worse the FDA and OIG.

What is worrisome, is that no one on here can answer the questions. Neurocrine reps/managers on here do not know their drug and/or know how to answer questions. They are just programed to say "QD dosing" or "simple dosing". Which raises other question what happens when Ingrezza has multiple doses (which is happening because they are coming out with another new dose soon)? or if Austedo comes out with QD dosing? It is only a matter of time before they do. Dosing is Austedo's only real weakness to Ingrezza. Their safety and efficacy profile is better then Ingrezza

I don't know how many people are posting on this threat, but it seems like people are going out of their way to answer the question. In all honesty, if it is a former employee, a current employee, the competition or a prescriber...it seems no one has an answer to the FDA AE question.

Good luck living in a small town looking for your next pharma job once you're cut. These jobs are becoming more obsolete and hiring focus will be concentrated in bigger cities with larger footprints. Enjoy it while you can.

Where can one go to find out # of lawsuits, # of patients and by which state. I need to see where I might have to prepare for damage control just in case this really starts to get ugly. Would our managers or directors know?

Wish I saw all this prior to my Jan hire date in LTC. Felt like I did a lot of HW & spoke to many N reps. Guess I didn’t find any disgruntled or honest ones. Many reps who came over from AVANIR & ADAMAS didn’t have a future there either. Guess we will see but the car situation is super worrisome in this awful market.
