The reps didn't do this to a once great company.
The current leaders did. People like kc making awful card decisions with no accountability and his "fellas" not stepping forward saying enough already!
Other nm's now not standing up for equitable sales standards from cards to contests... It's all leadership! This is all unprecedented in our industry. Other companies make it right for their employees and the families they represent. Galderma snubs them. It's no wonder the reps are the one talking to the the providers, describing what the company is doing... And the pr nightmare grows and impacts business. Right or wrong it's a natural progression. As a business leader if you only look at numbers and you do not understand human behavior you need to go back to school... In all seriousness because the result of such inadequate leadership is disaster for an organization.
so true . i'm in sales , the home office favoritism is like nothing I have ever seen anywhere . sales forces have to go ? REALLY ! when 90% of the home office where on last years booze cruise / inner circle . Duplication and a sense of entitlement fill the air when around home office personal. so clicky , zero regard for how they come across to other employees so arrogant and such small man parts syndrome there.
What about cuts to :
NAM s , what value in their current numbers do they provide ?
MSL s , ditto need 2 , 3 tops
Training department ? need only half of what they have
Meeting Planning , only Chuck or Tom . Why both ? Duplicate the effort ? don't only companies out source this.
Marketing ? let's analyze the shit out of our problems & have different cards all over the place . providers aren't confused or anything , they really trust us .
O and let's spend a ton of money on AAD and do more real commitment speeches . that has awesome ROI
Makes perfect sense to really downsize sales force while keeping all else in tact . Mr VP got the job & his skill set doesn't match his ego . He relies on his WOO and the rest we see now is weak
too many home office people are Galderma for life they just don't get it . They all came up together and just can't face the truth that the serious issues here are rooted in the place they call home most days . An army of followers who tell us they are leaders . Can't wait to be sitting at national meeting and hear how important sales force are .
Change MUST come from the top through the fat middle , I echo what has been said on this board over and again the value placed in the home office personal is misplaced as the sales people and managers are the drivers of income and providers are not easily won over with cheap gimmicks
trust is broken between field and home office the culture is bad a morale is low
