Incompetence!

what the heck happened to the company? How could things that seemed very good just a couple of years ago so bad so quickly? I guess FF should have listened to some of the people he chased out of here. And or maybe to some of the people that are still here. Maybe if there was more discussion and debate this place would not be in the predicament that we now find ourselves in. Not really sure what the future holds for us. However, the one thing that is for sure the best days of this place are behind us. I do not see how this is going to change for the better in the short term.

agreed but remember no need for the over bloated Marketing Head count, over bloated and over staffed HR, Training, Meeting planning, Medical department and phase IV group - sorry guys we sell branded generics stop thinking this is some kind of fake Bio tech that more studies of branded generics will generate sales. Overstaffed Sales Management and Nationals who are really sort of Regional s or Home office DMs that really do not add any value and lets not forget the goofs in Finance who try to run a billion dollar company on an excel spread sheet. Classic, Also, the entourage that follows and kisses Humberto rear end all around the world and last but not least the over staffed over built home office in Fort Worth. You could eliminate over half the staff and the place would still be running just fine. if you call this running just fine.

Things have not gotten better this year and the sales leadership sucks and does not represent our best interests clearly just trying to protect and cover their own asses. FH seems fake and not very genuine. We are not better off with him at the lead. my biggest fear is that it is going to get a lot worse before it gets better assuming we are still around to see it get better. At least the old leadership seemed to give a dam about the sales people and their livelihoods. These guys are as phoney as chuck and his happy go lucky BS. Do they really need these high paid guys that offer limited value to this place.

Fray is good at getting others to like him , but Fray is in it for Fray , he tells everyone they are " his guy " . He is interested in buying suits and using out dated motivational speeches . Can not put your trust in this guy . Those beyond him are hand picked weaklings . Carruth couldn't motivate a rattle snake to bike .
 




What is legals strategy with the fleet vehicle. Are they not buying to shorten budgets for easier transition at merger? Are they looking to go hybrid? Are they considering an allowance?

Just wish they would communicate. This is bs
 




The reason cars are not being replaced yet is because they are waiting for the layoffs to take place. Starting possibly as soon as next week, there will be a "reorganization" which include layoffs. This will be from reps all the way up to the director level. Rumor has it they will trim it down to a strong numbered single sales force handling multiple drugs. Any low mileage cars that become available will be reassigned to employees that were kept with high mileage vehicles.

Don't kid yourself and think this is a random entry by some conspiracy theorist. This IS happening, timing might be off, but I heard it was to start next week. This is also the reason for the short national meeting, they don't want too many of you together for too long and start a cancer within the organization.

It is a scary time to be here! Change is coming and it's like no change I've seen here in 10 years.

wonder where it will be in 2014 ? Beautiful Grand Island , Nebraska . Seniors exercise day in the local YMCA pool , visits to shady local Chinese ' massage ' , group dinners at dennys plus the last night group Bingo at the near by Mormon church .

The current leaders did. People like kc making awful card decisions with no accountability and his "fellas" not stepping forward saying enough already!
Other nm's now not standing up for equitable sales standards from cards to contests... It's all leadership! This is all unprecedented in our industry. Other companies make it right for their employees and the families they represent. Galderma snubs them. It's no wonder the reps are the one talking to the the providers, describing what the company is doing... And the pr nightmare grows and impacts business. Right or wrong it's a natural progression. As a business leader if you only look at numbers and you do not understand human behavior you need to go back to school... In all seriousness because the result of such inadequate leadership is disaster for an organization.
