You can't forget about little man Len. He hasn't decided if he wants to be VP of sales or CCO.
 






Congratulations to us all! WE DID IT! We dragged stock of a a recently approved drug to an all-time low in record time. Atta-Boys all around to our fearless and all-knowing leaders! We couldn't have done it without ya!!!!
 
























The issue is Len. He thinks the C in CCO stands for Chief Control Officer. Dictator. He has no experience in migraine, has been in the field once and thinks he knows everything. Never seen a CCO lead 95% of every presentation, my RSM doesn’t matter. Len thinks he knows more than us, knows more than everyone else. Ask about him at other companies KK and WC and you’ll here he has always been a #1 prick. .
 






Nice Try to deflect the blame. Patty and Rigo have no Migraine experience too. Worse, they are "yes people" who don't have a backbone to face Len. Spineless leaders all around. Time to move on from this dumpster fire.
 






I'm considering taking a sales job at Impel, but am wondering if management has you using the exploratory efficacy data from the open label studying promoting the product to docs? I had a bad experience at a previous company where this was done and got reps, but not management into trouble, with some people losing jobs as a result.
 






I wouldn't worry too much about the promotional materials because we aren't really focused on promotion. We are just chasing our daily call reach requirement to satisfy management. Good question though.
