Ilumya TMs time to grab your life preserver!

Mondays suck but knowing more people resigned today makes me feel like I’m going to be the last one on this team. It’s like being on the Titanic, we’ve hit the iceberg, no more room on the lifeboats, and now it’s only a matter of time before we all go down! Cue the violins!

ST was on call today but she could still have given her notice. RSM DM from the East resigned I heard. He was a good guy, shame to lose him.

Two points, one of which I’ll defer for now.
The 2nd point is she likely submitted her resignation and was asked to reconsider, with an incentive to stay.
Your NSD leaving 6 months post launch is a f-you that even the Indians find difficult to swallow.

Motivational poem of the day
An MBA case epic,
for all of history.
Why Ilumya can not sell,
not much a mystery.

It should work well on scaly skin,
and plaque so hard to heal.
With specificity no one’s matched,
and reps who came with zeal.

SUN spent some coin on DTC,
and goes to all the shows.
But then the matter of the HUB,
a truth that really blows.

A hundred times they’ve fixed it,
works perfect they all say.
But when the patients need HUB help,
more than a month’s delay.

Oh, Merck Tildra data,
PASI less than all the rest.
Step in Mumbai wisdom,
price it higher than the best.

So do reps keep on pushing,
worthless scripts into the HUB?
Or do we stop and call it quits,
at noon inside a pub?

My manager is on the line,
It’s time to tell her this.
I’m finally leaving Abhay’s SUN,
my ass is his to kiss.

Very good. You should be CEO and fix this. It isn’t hard I just don’t get how bad Sun’s commercial team is. Everytime we make a decision we should immediately do the opposite. I honestly think our outcome would better
