I currently work in biologics. Abhay needs to can everyone and start again. This is too corrupt. The brotherhood of the white hats is running everything that the Indians don’t. It makes be sick.
He’s the one who created, directed and approved the strategy, the resourcing, the HUB, the structure and everything around this mess. All while negotiating to stay out of an Indian prison.
So who should stay and who should go ?
East people aren’t real happy with the new ASD. They know he was recently interviewing and even with a competitor to leave but got this new gig when others passed on him. He had one foot out the door so no one has the confidence in him. Maybe with a few more East TM resignations he can replace those with his crew. Not a vote of confidence for the East.
When you are rude to the Tildra team in Orlando people don’t forget that. What a sham.

Considered it and after discussing with in house Sun employees, dermatology providers, and my family it was a hard no. Too much instability within organization and hiring an ASD with no biologics to lead a region in this competitive market solidified my decision to pass.

Lots of openings on Iluyma team. Are they sliding TMs into open RSM slots, is there any TM that would want to take on another level of this shit show? Moving someone from Sun with zero biologic experience to be a national director may not be best move within that salesforce with all the animosity between the business units. Is this going to turn into the good ole/old boys’ club now moving favorites into these slots? Please don’t move levulan and gen derm folk into ilumya TM openings as most of those reps have done nothing but bash Iluyma from day one and went out of there way to be a-Holes at NSM and even trash Iluyma reps to mutual docs. Talk about creating more ill will amongst ilumya team.

Up for a promotion or already have it? Try not to gurgle and be sure to suck the entire thing. Don’t stop until somebody passes out.
Anyone willing to go to such lengths to get promoted at this company is truly detached.

I do my job and focus on me. I don’t care who wants to move up, resign and you shouldn’t either. Let go of all the negativity and worry about you and you alone whether you stay or go.
