Ilumya TM to RSM to NSD Changes: Anyone Interested?

Lots of openings on Iluyma team. Are they sliding TMs into open RSM slots, is there any TM that would want to take on another level of this shit show? Moving someone from Sun with zero biologic experience to be a national director may not be best move within that salesforce with all the animosity between the business units. Is this going to turn into the good ole/old boys’ club now moving favorites into these slots? Please don’t move levulan and gen derm folk into ilumya TM openings as most of those reps have done nothing but bash Iluyma from day one and went out of there way to be a-Holes at NSM and even trash Iluyma reps to mutual docs. Talk about creating more ill will amongst ilumya team.

Guy PS will promote “his” people is what one of his current reps has been saying. Watch those districts start filing up with reps from those divisions. Didn’t Allergan run him off?

All this is just another sign that things are so bad that we can’t get decent [any] outside candidates.

And you’re right, the trash talking between the Derm /Bio sales forces is wicked.
 




East people aren’t real happy with the new ASD. They know he was recently interviewing and even with a competitor to leave but got this new gig when others passed on him. He had one foot out the door so no one has the confidence in him. Maybe with a few more East TM resignations he can replace those with his crew. Not a vote of confidence for the East.
When you are rude to the Tildra team in Orlando people don’t forget that. What a sham.
 




3 guys put in place to fill spots left by FL & ST. One central position created. Is this a sign of things to come, no women? Only 2 female RSMs left and one of them is looking to leave. Glad I’m not part of this HR nightmare anymore.

Very true!! It’s a culture thing too. I know some women that would tear into AG if he started wagging his finger at them like he did at NSM.
Sun get with the times or you’ll face another lawsuit for gender discrimination.
 
















AG wants his in the field sales leadership team to be mostly men on Iluyma team.
HR & Compliance are tucked away in home office at a desk where he thinks women belong with rest of the women like in training, marketing. Old world thinking.
And in MY opinion there is so much crap that has been reported and nothing ever followed up on, handled, done, period. It’s just lip service. We get lectured on posting something on social media at NSM but there are TMs filling out forms with full pt info and are engaging in non-compliant behavior every damn day!
Who will be placed in these openings, I don’t frigging care at this point as long as the levulan and acne people stay where they are at with all the shit they’ve stirred.

Head of compliance must be in on it. She’s playing lip service to AG and keeping things swept away. I’ve reported a few things myself and nothing has been done. Screw hr too

Yeah I’ve seen that on LinkedIn. Some have it on there and some don’t. I just do my job and try not to complain but man I’m tired of getting scripts and zero pull through on FRM part. Hell let me do it if they aren’t. Offices aren’t going to write if this keeps happening. Where is the FRM accountability? I shouldn’t have to constantly text and call my FRM. Do your damn job, get case updates, call these offices and earn your paycheck. Some FRMs are getting paid more than TMs, wtf
