Ilumya territory turn-over

We have turned over more than 3. 2 in the midatlantic, 1 in the carolina's (soon to be multiple), 1 in KY, 1 in Little Rock. That is 5, and that isn't all the positions turned over that are listed. Notice there are none listed in the west, but some have left. So we are somewhere between 7-10%, which is bad considering we have been ACTUALLY MARKETING DRUG about 4 months.

You also need to include things like this is a completly new group of employees where no turnover should be expected, they are selling a launch brand, and fir the most part, they’re people who couldn’t get jobs elsewhere.
All those things should point to zero turnover, yet there’s been ~ 10% which is super high, especially fir a six-month period.

Dumb drug, dumb management, no coverage, idiot reps.
The turnover is just starting.

Anybody here from the Stelara launch? $40k checks quarterly in bonus year during launch. Sun? $100-200 per impossibly filled Rx for Q4. <5% will even make target for Q3. Stelara still leads all individual IL blockers in marketshare. Ilumya will never get to 1%. Crappy management, marketing and partnerships sought to that. So go ahead and give the sales crew those few hundred bucks while you lose millions monthly. I guess it’s about equal. But we have othe opportunities... you don’t. BTW the second hire Ilumya reps won’t even get in the door. Good bye.

I believe that things are turning around for the Tildra team. If they fairly handle the Q3 bonus situation things will continue to turn around. The TMs are finding ways to get patients on the drug and not use the HUB. The organization continues to not recognize those sales which will turn things the wrong way if it continues.

Too many moving parts and question marks for this company and weak leadership team to get right. Expect TM and leadership turnover to increase in the next couple months. Paying reps a couple hundred bucks per BI won't keep people here.

Most offices do not want to use a hub unless it is totally essential to the patient. Ilumya and the ten other psoriasis bios are not essential. Got to use the local specialty pharmacies or get the SUN Hub perfect. Any foil kills the deal going forward. Right now the HUB sucks.

I hate to use the words leadership and Sun in the same sentence. SUN is a shithole and they like it like that. They don’t want things to change. They consider it normal. Enough said. Time to leave. Anyone the keeps asking you “should I start looking” is a fool. If you haven’t already started then you belong at Sun.

I came here hoping it wasn't big pharma, and willing to sacrifice some things that weren't essential. What I have seen and experienced is quite honestly the biggest disappointment of my professional career. I was sold a bill of goods for sure, but i bought it and accept responsibility. I can guarantee you that I, like many others, won't be here much longer.

You are dreaming pal. What does "fairly handle Q3 bonus situation" equate to in your mind? The Ilumya TMs were paid for no work for over a year. The amount of Ilumya orders to date (not free drug) is terrible. Medicare strategy will only cause more pain later when big government mystery invoices start coming into SUN.

Start selling or start looking!

When the top 5 have > 50 patients on drug I think the term start selling doesn’t apply. Yet very few investigations have turned to paid as the FRM group wasn’t given the direction that was inline with sales. In baseball there is the infield fly rule. At Sun everyone runs from accountability. The facts are that the TMs largely performed, these investigations cost money, FRMs blamed the TMs. Try to process that. All data supports that TMs performed, yet the group getting hammered is the TMs. The group providing management with insight is the FRM group? The same group not capable of assisting offices. Fox is watching the hen house here folks. Start firing some people to get actions. And I don’t mean TMs.
