If you're all seasoned vetss of the pharma industry could it have crossed your minds that hiring may have been contingent of a timeline for something that got pushed back?

Has every new product/ new plan always just raced right to market with smooth sailing?

Perhaps they are aggressive and a delay in some research caused the company to delay the need for a larger staff.

yep and in the past when we were INO (what a great time) and we grew at a better clip than Ikaria. Now we are looking at Ford Fusions, take that to the bank.
