The risk of asymptomatic transmission is extremely low. Fear not! Asymptomatic transmission has never been an issue. Furthermore, look to the government's own data - the survivability rate is 99.97%. Now, regarding the injection your employer demands... that's another story. This Covid is so sad… they shud of sent emails out to stay home.., we are all going into offices.. I’m negative thankfully
But ppl can be Asymptomatic
So irritating and irresponsible

Yes I do agree. I knew it was a contract obviously but had no idea what a mess it would be here. I have worked on contracts before and the experience was so much better. I am definitely looking for another opportunity and until then I’m glad to have a job but this experience has been bad from the get go. We are not going to make money here. That has become very apparent. Micromanaging is the worst I’ve seen and the amount of BS is mind blowing.
Absolutely!! Thrilled to have a job, but I have been in this game a while and don't need someone riding with me every other week. Thats the number one reason I'm looking. I was hired because of my experience and past success, I feel like I should be trusted to go out and move business. I, too, have been in contract and agree that this experience had been awful starting with the ridiculously long hiring process.
We don’t have a large team. 4 people have resigned since we started. Therefore ride alongs are going to be very frequent. In addition to ride alongs the amount of “teams” calls here is out of control. For the amount of money we are making and the amount of bonus money we are not going to make this sucks.
This board has been very enlightening. Looks like we are all feeling the pain.

One thing is for sure…nobody on this board and involved in the launch of Quviviq will make it to Idorsia eventually…great company but they only hire workers and not complainers!!!
Idorsia US, which has 130 employees, is working with outside contractor Syneos Health and a contract sales team for the launch of Quviviq. Idorsia's long-term plans are to assemble an in-house sales team as it adds more products to its portfolio.
So here is my two cents. I don’t believe we will ever get to a point where Idorsia will roll us over. This product isn’t a blockbuster by any stretch of the imagination. It’s a struggle to get my physicians integrated in this product. I hope that I’m wrong and that the excitement grows but seeing what is happening out in the field it’s not looking too good so far. Also, the micromanagement is intense. This is a contract people! Let us do our job and chill. Good people are leaving for better opportunities.
