Idorsia contract

Idorsia announced plans to lay off up to 500 workers in an attempt to cut spending in half at its headquarters in Allschwil, Switzerland by early 2024. The company has decided to stop its R&D efforts while it waits for Quviviq, its insomnia treatment, to bring in more cash.
 












Negative comments don’t help about the future of this company. At least they are trying to continue to invest in the US and our future here.

I’m sorry to the poster who thinks this is a great company or great investment or that this company is investing in you. You are very sadly mistaken on every single level. The company sucks the product sucks. Upper management sucks.. competing in an environment which is 98% generic with a branded drug that has fair at best efficacy, in a Dora market that has failed miserably over the past several years.
I am a veteran rep with 20 years of experience, and never had a job that sucked as bad as this upper management should be held accountable, as well as the douche bags in recruiting him who turned a blind eye to the poor promotional practices at this organization. For you veteran reps that are still here get the hell out while you can. And for you newbies that are here, pray that they move you to another gig.
 






Whatever happened to..."Within a year, we'll bring you over to Idorsia with better pay" So many recruiters say this was and is the worst contract ever! I left some time ago and I tell you I'm so much better off for it. Better job, better pay and better mental and physical health.

T2A ended June 30
So since announcement was made to not have to wait until up to 90 days after full “trimester” (end of November), now u should expect T2A payment by end of September. It’s all fuzzy math no matter what. Hopefully there will be more and more find better opportunities by then. At least if you leave end of Sept you’re not leaving a full bonus on the table
 












Based on what the new bonus plan is, it is very obvious that most everyone will be making MUCH much less in bonus.
It’s obvious that they are doing everything to make payouts less.
 
























They better not touch training! We are the core of this organization
