You are right. They allow men to belittle, give all the work to, talk down, creep on, manipulate, promote in public then behind the scenes hurt/withdraw, drive fear in the woman they so chose. HR does nothing. Some of the woman are safe if they coward, lick the shoes, hide, and bow down in a quiet corner. if you talk, smile, or do less than the workload of 5 employees (while they don't work at all), you will secretly be removed from the Amgen earth. They will make you suffer, plucking one hair of humanity from your head at a time. ALL the men leaders are in ttheir leadership role are because they were insubordinate in another Amgen job that allowed them to silently or publicly abuse woman, this is Amgen. This is us. HR is afraid of them too, as they are too woman... they simple bow down and lick the bottoms of their shoes clean. H $R has normalized the abnormal, made us love the unlovable, promoted the abusers. If you see a leader Senior Director or VP with no or very few direct reports... get as far away as possible, they are coming for you with tweezers.

There are very few women in leadership here and it’s disgusting.
 






Let’s be honest most women can’t cut it because of various things that get in the way such as life. Well, it may seem frustrating, in the long run it’s probably for the best, it’s just too cutthroat.
