This is very sad. It is a GG thing. All the GG were garunteed a year at thier current position and salary. BTK was not a VP, in fact neither was his boss. Therefore LCA didn't want to pay a year of massive salary to get rid if any GG leadership. Why do you think all the GG is still in place. They cannot go anywhere else and get paid the inflated rates they are getting paid.

Every GG person you talk to is unhappy and doesn't like LCA. They are leaving at the first chance they have to get out.

BTK was the sacrificial lamb for GG. LCA would rather save a couple hundred thousand than a sales force. Let's wait 18 months and see how many GG people are still here.

BTK is a fraud. Why dont they go after him for his non compete? He and Bob are a great match. How pathetic was his goodbye email.
