Everyone needs to relax. We all know how the tides can change in sales. You're on top of the world one year and then the numbers change and you're at the bottom of the pack. I don't think the GG people are going to be flushed out as fast as some of the other companies that LC has hired. Many people are dedicated to what they do and to their clients. I realize management can change but your clients for the most part are here for the long haul. Can't we all just get along?

Who is going to replace the manager in the midwest that left? Hopefully someone from GG that knows the area and the clients. They should have given KP the job in the first place, but the USL guy gave to it his pal. Everyone knew he would leave. Who stays after they are demoted? No on does.Its way to embarrassing. Why did the Texas rep leave? Was he real close to the manager that left?

Some of the LCA reps are downright embarrasing. Several of GG's already skeptical clients, upon meetng them are "WTF?" In most ways, GG has it all over LCA. How ironic that they are paying for Henri's mistakes. Hopefully LCA realizes that they got some real quality and talent for their investment and will allow the GG people to contribute to their operation.

But to be fair, I have also met some very solid GG reps that I was impressed with. Same goes for LCA. Some I wonder how they ever got hired. Others I'm highly impressed with. This is true of every large company.

It's typical when two companies converge that company cultures clash. GG was MUCH different than LCA is. At LCA it's all about $, who cares that you are valued in your offices or seen as a leader in the genetic community? Who cares if your clients look to you for those answers? Who cares if you have the same training and knowledge base as genetic counselors? It really doesn't matter a fig if you can't produce. LCA WILL fire you and replace you with someone who can do both. If you want to survive here, it won't be about being a resource...it will be about you showing them you can perform and increase revenue in an intense fast paced sales environment and market, MONTHLY. I don't think it's fair, but it certainly separates the weak willed from the strong. You either can hack it or you can't. If it's not for you, then by all means get out while your numbers don't head south! It's a totally different selling environment than what you are use to.

You must not be from LCA. BTK was a game changer for USL and for LCA on the AP side. They never wanted to lose him and I am sure offered more than you think to keep him.
