There were only a few of our friends at the lake earlier this morning. It's really cold here today, with temperatures in the upper 30's. Much too cold for me! But Amitiza did enjoy her walk!
I'm not sure if some of our friends managed to play golf today. Hopefully it will be warmer tomorrow, so we can play golf. We've changed our minds about lunch tomorrow, and decided to eat seafood at "PIER 36"!
Today will be good for just relaxing. I am going out for lunch with a friend later.

It really hasn't warmed- up much since we went to the lake earlier, but at least it's still sunny!

I don't know!
It was quite chilly on the golf course at Quail Valley this morning! But as the day wore on, it warmed- up nicely! I was able to shoot an 84, which is pretty typical with my handicap! The important thing is we were able to play golf, and we all had fun!
Sweetness, either YOU or YOUR friend has some nice things to say about moderation! Yes, moderation is a key element, but notice how our VIEW count continues to increase! It's nice to see that our VIEWERS like reading the posts here! It makes me feel good!
It's mild this afternoon, but I think we'll get some rain tomorrow.
I hope my yard guys are able to make it before Christmas! A final "yard tune- up" would be nice! Hopefully any rain we get won't be much!

Amitiza and I went for our usual walk by the lake earlier this morning. The weather is really kind of mild, and the temperature is supposed to get into the low 60's later today! Nice!
My yard guys came and left earlier. There was no rain, and since the grass is now "dormant", they spent their time blowing the leaves off my roof! My fireplace roof is now clear of fallen leaves! The leaves in my front and back yard have all been picked- up!
Thanks to our VIEWERS, the VIEW count has now gone above 263,400! I'll continue to post during the holiday season!

It's very overcast and cool today. But this did not stop Amitiza and I from going on our walk by the lake. It really does look like rain today, but I've been fooled before by the weather!
The doc called earlier this morning, and wants to go to dinner with me and my spouse. A new Chinese Restaurant opened- up, and we've agreed to try it!
The VIEW count continues to increase towards 263,500! Thanks to all!

Well, it's cloudy this morning, but a bit milder temperature. I hope it continues to stay mild tomorrow, with sun, so we can have a nice luncheon for the ladies at the Woman's Shelter! I'll be helping them out tomorrow!
Amitiza and I enjoyed our walk this morning. There were a few new dogs that we encountered on our walk today. But Amitiza makes "friends" easily!
Today I'll just relax at home and watch football. The Texans play Tampa Bay in Florida. If they win the game, they win the division!

Amitiza and I took a quick walk by the lake this morning. I'm getting ready to go over to the Woman's Shelter to help serve their Christmas meal, which starts at noon!
Thanks to our VIEWERS for comng on this board and reading my posts! The VIEW count continues to increase!
The Texans won their division yesterday by beating Tampa Bay! Congrats!
 



The Christmas meal at the Woman's Shelter was a success! About 20 women and children joined us for lunch! A good time was had by all, and the younger children even got presents! Honey Baked Ham Co. donated much of the food we had!
Tomorrow I'll be with my spouse and our family for our Christmas Eve meal. And several of our family members will be staying at my house until Thursday!
Amitiza and I walked with several friends by the lake this morning. Most of us will return for our walks after Christmas, on Thursday. Amitiza seems to be walking now with almost no "limp" at all! For this I am grateful!
And thanks to our VIEWERS, as the VIEW count continues to grow! It makes me happy to know that people continue to enjoy my posts!

Several of us were back at the lake for our walk today! Amitiza was glad to walk and be with the other dogs!
The weather here is warm, with temperature in the low 70's! The sky is mostly blue, with only a few clouds. I love this weather!
Again, thanks to our VIEWERS, the VIEW count is close now to 263,700!
My yard guys just left, and my yard looks great! Saturday I'll take down my Christmas Lights!

It's warm and cloudy here. Today temperatures should be in the mid- 70's!
Amitiza and I had a nice walk by the lake. She even played in the water by the shoreline! A few of our friends were with us at the lake.

Once again it's very cloudy and warm today. But it really does look like rain today.
Amitiza and I walked by the lake for about an hour earlier this morning.
The doc and his wife invited us to his home for dinner this evening. My spouse and I will go because I really do enjoy spending time with them!
If it's not raining tomorrow, I'll probably take down my Christmas Lights.
