I HATE POWERGLIDE!!

I'm convinced it is the worst product on the market. The point that nurses are non skilled is the whole point here. It's too difficult to use for them and god forbid they have one of our ultra sounds because you can't see the needle. It's actually pretty dangerous and I wouldn't allow anyone to put that thing in me or a family member. Oh and thanks for tying our maintenance to this product. Most of my customers stopped using it cause the first version was really really bad and now I know have to rebirth that business and I have to grow more on top of it?! This product has ruined relationships, hurt people and pissed of a to of reps.

Funny, nurses take a backseat to our CS's when it comes to understanding how to perform within the vascular access arena. Nurses just dont keep up with advances in technology and have to lean on industry frequently. It gets to be a pain in the ass all too often

We have good people, we have good product. Unfortunately, the way we do business is counter productive to the idea that we should be doing things that help with our corporate identity and image. There really does seem to be a distrust and dislike of us by customers. I think they really are understanding that their hand is being forced by administrators and corporate suits to continue to conduct business

i got news for you. It's not necessarily Bard Access they distrust but rather you or the previous rep.

No company is perfect and more and more is driven by contracts. This is true for every space in medical. Reps have no control of these things.

Remember the customer has to first want to do business with YOU then the company.

Contracts have become important in the communist world of pics and IVs. Good luck selling a $30 IV in the future when packaged with gauze and Guardiva. Not all device jobs are contract driven by MM. Get into a space that is evolving and industry is taking the technology to the next level. There you will have few pricing concerns

No, actually the customer that used our products HAD been the primary influencer of what would be purchased, i.e. the clinician. Now, it is in fact the administrators doing business with the contractual sellers and end users have less to do with those decisions despite the fact they may like you!
