I was approached by a recruiter for a Bard Access position. How's the culture and reputation in the market? Pay seems low. Thanks in advance for your honest feedback.

Bard Access is the best! If you get the chance this is a once in a lifetime job. You'll love the people that work here. The products are best in class. DB is the VP and runs a tight ship. Good luck!
Talk to Bard customers. It wont take long, there are many that have Bard throughout their hospitals. Customer satisfaction is low and it reflects the culture that Bard has created. Not the place you will feel comfortable for very long. I didnt...and left after two years!
Its not PowerGlide we hate, its Bard. As a nurse, their arrogance is overwhelming. I realize they do a lot of business with us throughout the hospital, but a little respect goes a long way when we should all be in this together for the benefit of the patients
hello 2004 - things have changed at bard, either your a competitive rep being a doosh or your a rag tag nurse that doesn't work at the hospital anymore
Nurses rule!!! Couldn't do my job without them. Wish we had more of them and they could be in my territory everyday.
Funny, nurses take a backseat to our CS's when it comes to understanding how to perform within the vascular access arena. Nurses just dont keep up with advances in technology and have to lean on industry frequently. It gets to be a pain in the ass all too often
