Non Abbvie rep here (former Pegasys rep)... I am watching this crap fest from the sidelines and can say that I am rooting for Merck to shake the shit out of Gilead once they enter late in the year.
There is no way a former Pegasys rep would root for Merck to do anything except rot in hell.

I survive by placing vpak boxes around me like a wall and drink vodka from my water bottle!! Everyone in marketing is trying to escape from the prison camp! I am going to watch Cool Hand Luke tonight on Netflix! At least the sales force is around this toxic environment everyday. At least you can go to a strip joint at lunch or take in an afternoon movie. I don't think there is any way in hell Haas can sell his and his team's VPak performance as a "perfect pitch." I heard they lost another one to Gilead in PA (Independence Blue Cross). Haas and his entire team should be on the chopping block.
