Dear Cheryl please address this awful behavior. Your exposing Tris to lawsuits by ignoring the harassment, sexism, and burying complaints against our Managers who are harassing us about the vaccine. You work for us, the employees, please remember that. Im scared to file a formal complaint because you'll just tell my manager and ill get fired.

I know 3 people that went to her. She didn’t do anything. Waste of time. She tells Ketan everything. Nothing is private. Place is a dump. Just leave. I’m about to go and could not be happier to leave this toxic dumpster of a company.

So it's either the RSM or someone HR posting, because how would anyone know this? Plus if this is true, and we all know that most post here are out of line and not true, then shame on the RSM for firing someone during pandemic.

If i recall, the NE was top district 2 years in a row, so the RSM made his/her bonus. Shows to the RSM true character.

Disagree. I think most of the stuff here is spot on. Especially about Tris. Poisonous dumpster fire of a joint with horrible leadership.

All true. HR is a disaster. COVID is sky rocketing and we are doing nothing about it but making it worse. Do the right thing and make all meetings optional. Morons.
 


















Firing someone in middle of a pandemic for poor performance is the most cowardly move imaginable . That manager obviously has no people skills. I assume Nick supported the decision so shame on him as well.

Do NOT Work Here. I promise you it will be the worst experience of your life. This is the most toxic under handed, back stabbing place I have ever worked. Leadership is a bunch of cowards that play people against each other. All because the biggest coward, Ketan, protea this disgusting behavior. Trust no one here. Especially when they say “trust me”. I know the moron who was fired. His RSM Chris Czech actually told him his speaker used inappropriate older slides during virtual speaking program. Knowing us reps don't get involved with that.

Isn't HR is suppose to make sure management isnt doing shady stuff, like not being truthful , probably why HR wasn't on phone during termination, only Nick.

Not surprised at all. Cheryl is just a pawn for Ketan, and the RSM is obviously just a coward.
