the multiple levels of overpaid directors and VPs is a corporate make work program for economically privileged shit heads who got fancy Ivy League MBAs.

how can you possibly say this is just rumors when 3000+ employees were just let go? Medtech is absolutely going to be hit with layoffs. Vision will be impacted as well, these are not rumors, they are events that just haven’t been announced yet. The WARN rules for those states is between 30 & 60 days which is why those layoffs have not yet occurred, but will by end of October. NJ has a WARN rule of 90 days which is why those were announced before Oct 1st to comply. They have to be off the books before the end of the year. You can argue that the exact number of employees to be affected is rumor, but not the actual event. Either way we will find out if rumor or truth in the next few weeks.
