Received a 30 minute call with my vp (two levels above me) called organizational changes for tomorrow. No one else on my team has received one so pretty sure I’m the only one impacted one impacted on my team. It’s really unfortunate because I’m actively interviewing and my management has been cockblocking me from internal moves at the same time. I’ve been trying to leave for a year and was forced into this role when I came back from maternity leave.
