The bottom line: You're in a "no see" city or area. If we cut out all expenses with sales / marketing and put all effort and $$$ into negotiating great managed care contracts what do you think would happen?

Hmmmm. They need to "find" something "wrong" with a certain number of reps per region. So who are the most expensive reps in your area? The old ones?

No dude, they all sit quietly at home wondering what to do with their time given it is basically a no-see city. They keep it QUIET and try to draw no attention whatsoever. The numbers are just whatever happens due to managed care not from the reps themselves.
