How Zoll LV can improve in 2022

























JB is off to the races in 2022. He always delivers for Zoll and that’s why he will always be welcome at Zoll.

The only place it seems JB is off to in 2022 is the chopping block. The only thing I see him deliver is poor judgement and a superiority complex. Sad that his employees have to discuss his inappropriate behavior and lack of common sense on an anonymous online forum rather than to someone at the company directly. But I guess that’s what happens when there’s not a single advocate on the inside that’s looking out for the best interest of the workforce. No wonder so many people will be leaving this year.
 












JB is a true leader. Some Fear him, Some admire him but all learn to respect him. It doesn’t take a lot to come on here and disrespect the man, it would take a lot to do it in person though. We are lucky to have JB
 






























If JB was so great MDT wouldn’t have fired him. He wouldn’t want to hook up with TM’s at meetings. He would have much better companies coming looking to hire him. Everyone in the device world knows what a bad person he is. No one wants him. I can’t wait to the videos from Charlotte surface at NSM. I feel bad for your family. Go back to West Virginia.
 






It is so disappointing that as an employee of Zoll we did nothing to improve our garment in preparation of competition. The way management treats employee is disgusting. The things that this company overlooks is awful. If Zoll loses the majority of their Lifevest business it will be because they had no plan.
 




































This is the worst kept secret at Zoll. Here is the SE area we are encouraged to do the lunches. We don’t even have to use sign in sheets and when we did you could just make up names. It’s great. We never do an in service just feed the people. I think my fav thing we do here is pay doctors to speak to their peers. So Dr. Smith if you want to talk to your partner Dr. Jones over dinner about Lifevest we will pay you to do it. It’s amazing thank you Zoll.
 






Zoll makes everyone do training on this kind of stuff but they make no one follow it. If a rep is feeding a hospital weekly with or without an in service that’s illegal. Don’t get involved in this. You will go down and you put the hospital in jeopardy as well. There are laws against this stuff. Don’t listen to your idiot manager or AD. They will not protect you.
