I like this answer. IMHO Novartis is very well known for harassment already in peaceful times. It's just part of their business model. They dont want to get this label though because they constantly need naive fresh flesh capable of drinking as much kool-aid as possible that can push things beyond the limits of ethics, moraity and the law. In any case, what I find surprising is that there are so many HR trolls posting in this thread trying to mitigate the disturbing question. Must be part of the perception management hypocrisy.
