I'm a former Takeda legacy DM. The average rep base salary in my district was 107k, company TIP bonus and that put them right at 120k. This does not include target sales bonus, where most reps averaged an additional 30k. Sounds like you were a mediocre rep that got lucky one year, those on my team that performed at a high level made the kind of cash I listed above.

I can tell by your comments....that you won't get a job here. you're not as good as you think, and that will come across loud and clear in the interview process. You seem to be a Takeda superstar--go ahead and stay there.
 




Most Takeda reps have no clue what injectables are. They have not had any competition in 3 years. If hired they will have 3 companies trying to bash them and they will run home and cry when they are asked any tough questions.

some of the best reps in today's pharma arena work at Takeda. Takeda has weeded out all of the "sludge" from the company thru the last 2 lay-offs. only the "cream of the crop" are left.

Your attempts to sully an entire company are fruitless. We will hire who we want, when we want. Do you really think that we care about the inane rantings of a disgruntled detail rep that bears a grudge against Takeda?
 




















The Top Performing Reps at Takeda were laid off.
They far outshined in performance and pay. Most
We're rehired by quality companies right away.
What's left are mostly hacks and some performers whose
Pay lies just below the layoff threshold set by ZS.

I don't know what area of the country you are from, but that is completely not the case here. I know the other reps in my district have comparable salaries, EXCEPT the Tap legacy. I'm far from a mediocre rep btw. Also, TIP isn't part of base salary, so it's not accurate to count it as such. I also find it hard to believe all your reps averaged about 30k since that is above target for goal attainment. Surely your Edarbi reps didn't hit that number. If you say they all did, then it's proof that cafe pharma is full of BS.
