Well if you it desperate, then I suggest you keep looking as this place has gone through some major restructuring but it’s NOt over will last another year. Stocks are at an all time low and likely we will file for bankruptcy. Morale is the last it’s been and culture could not be worse. If you have any shred of hesitation your inclination is accurate. Funny I work for Bayer and not one thing in the above comment said money it was more about morale is terrible and the financial state of the company is at an all time low. Due to the instability I would not recommend anyone who had a job to take a job here with the current chaos and turmoil however if you’re desperate and need a paycheck take it but keep your eye out there for better companies bc this place is on a downward spiral.

When you say none sense like that you lose all credibility. I agree stock is at an all time low, but we're certainly no where near bankruptcy. What I would say if you're looking for a job here is wait. Wait until the ultra negative whiny reps all leave. They make the culture really toxic. I bet in about 6 months, it will be much better when they all go find their green grass. If you're seeking a position not in sales, the culture is good and you don't need to wait.
 








Heard from AGM that company wants to implement minimum threshold quotas. For some this won’t make a difference but for 40% of my region it would be an increase of 60-175% of quotas. That is the next level to squeeze every drop out of this division. Those are only the increases above the minimum. One can only guess what the rest of my region will see as an increase in quota.

They just laid off close to 100 people from the old Comm Ops teams while they polished that turn with a couple of promotions in the mix. If you don’t like honesty and people sharing the true state of our organization and its current state of its culture then stay of CP bc you’re going to see a lot of negativity from everyone on here. you act like you’re happy I’m sure you are polishing your resume too and are having some hard luck finding your new gig! Don’t come on here and claim that it’s good here and you are exciting for us to leave. We’re Not the problem our leadership is. When they leave maybe just maybe you will see a shift in the culture. But it’s going to be a long road. Buckle up buttercup!
 




I’m optimistic that we are on a better track but there’s no doubt it’s going to be a shake out period over this year. People who are not self motivated and driven will need to go. If you need coddling and constant direction this isn’t going to work for you. Bootstrappers only need apply.

Damn you’re so dramatic. I don’t hate MY life just extremely disappointed at the decisions being made which has destroyed the culture here. It’s very sad to witness people stealing others jobs and the amount of backstabbing. You can choose to hide your head in the sand but I won’t. It’s disgusting
 




Nobody in their right mind is leaving now. Things are really starting to look up and we’ve got a great runway ahead of us. If you can’t sell then go ahead and get the hell out of here. Good riddance.

The darling days of Pharma where being a “salesman” are over! What good is a rep vs a cheese ball sales person if you don’t have access or anything to offer a customer???!!! The healthcare market has changed, but yet Pharma is resisting change. Get out of your 1980s Pharma mentality and try something new if it doesn’t make you enough money or fulfill you go move to another company. Things could be much worse in your life…
