Well, another RM has jumped ship. JS- who would never say a single negative thing about Integra just quit last week... So what does that tell you? He was always positive about the company and the future outlook and now he's gone... Theres definitely some major changes coming and I can't even come up with an idea of a single positive way they could spin this to be beneficial to the reps... It going to be another comp plan change and pay cut... Im out very soon...
 


















You won't be the last and good riddance! There is a future here for those who want to be used up, beat up, and if you are one of the few but lucky recognized with insincere congratulatory emails or phone calls from management not because they actually care but because they are covering their own rear. The complete incompetence of the so called leaders of Recon, yes all 3 of you, is unparalleled anywhere in the known universe. You do not have the intelligence, respect of the field with the exception of maybe one rep, and are the laughing stock of the company. You should know that 80% of "what the reps are thinking" and talking about is when will you quit of get fired. I am jealous of all that have left before me, but I am not far behind.
 






Good luck to all of those moving onto bigger and better opportunities. I'm jealous you beat me too it! Now I get to hang out on a Saturday for TEI training no Integra rep could give two shits about! I'd be better off with a few brochures and let me have at it. Every training I've ever been to for Integra has always been laughable. Wake me up when it's over.

Good at hiring more upper management to make Integra more top heavy than ever. Somebody yell timber cuz this shitshow is gonna topple over at some point. I'm looking forward to NSM more than ever so we can listen to the speeches from some of Augustis boys justify why they have jobs.

Oh, and he's good at hanging out at his country club while everyone else makes the effort to actually go to work on a daily basis. Yea, he's that good.

What's upsetting? Seems like Pete knows this was a poor hire (look at all the posts on CP) and should be ashamed. In my opinion, look at the past 9 months and Mark obviously has no genuine intention to invest in the company.

Absolute implosion at its finest. How does the gooch not see this? I'm thinking something scandalous with a hint of blackmail. Only way AC could have gotten that gig in the first place. She reeks of insecurity.
