How many Extremity Recon Reps are looking for other Jobs now?







So called leaders who haven't carried the bag in 25 years, if ever, making wholesale changes to rep comp because they don't respect or value what reps do and and what they face in a very challenging market. They simply can't relate or choose to ignore - either way it will be met with a mass exodus. Wonder if they practice what they preach and face huge comp losses if they don'y hit quota and make their metal number. One thing for sure, turnover will kill any chance to grow sales. Amazingly they are shitting on their top producers the most. Go figure.......
 






Almost there! I am 90% disengaged and my resume on the street. Can you tell. On here and so have as of this post 217 other people in the middle of the day. Still going to do good enough to the number and cashing their checks, if they actually arrive on time. Will look for another job when my RM starts giving me heat which he won't because i have been here more than 2 years and they don't want the turnover.
 






Everyone I know that works here is looking. Sad thing is, I keep hearing people say that they would take something for EQUAL pay... Integra is a very TIME DEMANDING job and so when they bend us over and cut our compensation as much as they did, no one wants to do this job. We would rather take a small pay cut or make equal pay somewhere else that is more relaxed and where we can actually take a vacation.
Im pretty sure everyone is looking from what Ive heard.
 






Because of recent changes with comp plans and territory changes, I keep hearing that Integra reps are looking for other jobs. Any truth to this?

I guess some things never change. I was one of the original recon reps just after the Newdeal acquisition. Great reps, great products and a very rep unfriendly corporate culture. Upper management always had a take it or leave it mentality. There was mass exodus of some great reps when they slashed our commisions. Sad to see that they still haven't figured things out care not to.
 






So whose a better VP of Sales for us? Andy Murray aka Sleazy Frey or Walken aka Slimy Gallucci? I've heard some pretty shady stories about Frey. Can't believe that dude is still in the industry with that track record. Pretty sure he'd hire his own sister, bang her, and then fire her cuz her sales sucked. Walken, the only dirt on him is he's over his head and chasing away quality sales talent.

NG is causing problems more than this. Let's also be honest...look who he reports to! Blind leading the blind or stupid/ignorant leading the inept, in this case. Not long ago, we met GGoodman and I can tell you we were embarrassed.

Mark is hiring more VPs than workers...he easily spends more money on a VP's salary and stock options than investing into an infrastructure of talent w/in sales, marketing, etc. Great example, look at the HR department - does anyone even know what they/she does??? And where is the $$ earned form the open regions w no managers going? I know that some of the fellow RMs have been leading these open territories and not getting paid.
 






Mark knows how to spend companies into debt. When with S/N he moved the bio division to Raleigh Durham to more conveniently sit court-side at Duke bb games. Leased a huge building there to satisfy his ego that was never more than 10% occupied. S/N sold off bio division and the new owners Bioventus sent him packing. They dislike him so much they refuse to hire anyone with S/N on their resume. The bottom line is he has no accomplishments to his credit and loves the role of big spender with co $$$.

Ain't that the truth...he still lives in Raleigh and Integra pays for Augusti's TE?!?! Legend has it, he's brought girlfriends to lavish business trips, while spending it with Integra cha-cha-ching. It's been close to a year and this fool has not moved to NJ??? We don't hear from him in the field and now we know he's traveling on our hard work. The new comp plan is insulting and we will not make nearly as much as he spends on air/hotel/food.

What's upsetting? Seems like Pete knows this was a poor hire (look at all the posts on CP) and should be ashamed. In my opinion, look at the past 9 months and Mark obviously has no genuine intention to invest in the company.
 






Another entitled elitist putting his own interests ahead of the company. Almost a year on the job and no move to HQ says he's not serious. No visibility to the field or customer engagement says he's not committed. Bad hires and approving disastrous policies like BS comp plan says he's completely incompetent. The bottom line he is incapable of leading Integra and we will suffer as long as the CEO and BOD don't admit their mistake and do something about it.

Reps with larger territories getting put on SS1 or SS2 are taking huge pay cuts even if they hit quota or go above. It's one thing to make less when you don't perform, but to make less when you're doing everything right is unacceptable. My 2 weeks are around the corner. Should be interesting how many 2 week notices will be put in after Q1 bonuses get paid out. Took Integra long enough to pay us out. Ploy to keep reps around longer. D-Day is coming!

If you expect managers to cover cases for you then maybe the rot starts a little closer to home for you.
 
























I LITTERALLY took a $50,000 pay cut with this new comp plan this year. My sales have been up, but they are claiming that people are "Making more $ on this new comp plan then the old one"... Id love to talk to someone that is ACTUALLY making as much money as they were last year...or any other year for that matter. The only happy people are the ASR's that just got territories and even some of them are looking for other jobs because they're not making what was told to them when they were hired...

Well said...very much so Agreed. Unfortunately (and by no means bragging), I stand to make $80k less than last year and pacing well above my quota. Not the type to be complacent, however I'd take a lateral move at this point rather than working for these fuck tards. Resume floating. Just a matter of time.
 






Will do about 1.5 this year, 125k more in sales from last year, but will make less then 150k(40k less than last year), only reason why I'll even make that much is because the old comp plan was in place for the first two months this year. Forget about hitting your quota....didn't only 50% of reps hit q1 quotas???? Q1-q2 is like a 15% increase.
