HOW IS OLEPTRO DOING??

I heard POA meeting in June!

Really? Days of pointless, contrived and brain-killing role playing are on the horizon? And then we'll have DVD's of home-office propaganda delivered in monotone about how "things are going to get better" to watch in-between all those sessions? Can't think of a more effective way to finish this thing off...

It is easy to point fingers and be negative--what is you solution?? If it is so dire you should leave.

Textbook example of bad management response: "you're negative, you should leave".

Management needs to acknowledge and take responsibility for ongoing faulty market analysis, strategic planning and implementation failures. You'd expect a field rep to do the same in order to develop an action plan when territory sales are below expectations, why not yourselves? The entire product has failed, not just isolated territories. That points to the problem being caused at higher levels and that's where the solution resides.

Let's have a nationwide video conference. The management team and trainers can demonstrate its expertise and give the information which resulted in Oleptro being added to all the formularies at a comparatively advantageous tier. Oh wait...looks like that didn't occur given the market performance. Guess we'll have to get by with a short session of how "committed" they are...

I noticed there hasn't been any "official" notice of when the meetings are to be held in June...Wonder if this could be cancelled as part of their "strategic options"?

I for one don't need to spend half a day (each way) traveling and 2 days in a hotel listening to people role play and hear from management how excited they currently are about what they're doing. Just send me an email if there are any changes and let me go talk to my drs!

Do either of you last 2 posters ever talk with your managers? The plans are set, if you need an "official" invitation you're really a baby. We're small and we don't have to operate like the big pharma schmucks we hate, if you like the Lilly way so much go back to it. Patience will be rewarded here.
