OP here again,

As you can tell, I just love commenting on my own posts. It helps me to overcome my frustrations from being fired from pharma.

Isn't it just great that I come on an industry board for pharma and tell everyone how miserable their job and industry is (even though it isn't). I was surprised to see someone not agree with me (to help make me feel better), so I got even more upset and decided to post fake conversations and then agree with myself over and over again just to make myself feel better.

I would say that it comes down to how much pain you can really take in a job.

Some people, when they hit 40, just decide that they don't mind the nonsense of working the corporate game, and justify it because they are making good money, and enjoy their lives. These people can endure the pain of corporate America.

Others just have had enough, and see that there is more to life than making worthless dollars and seek employment in more dynamic environments with less pay or even in less dyanmic enviornments, but are treated more like a human.

I still remember, after a very good year in pharma, I got a new manager. Well, the new manager made a comment like "you might have been good performer in the paste, but now that I am here, you need to prove yourself again".

I mean, what a joker.

Most of us that can think for ourselves, will see that life can be better than what pharma has to offer.

It is me yet again. I just love the fast food industry. The pharma industry was much too hard for me. You don't really need to use your brain in the fast food industry and the free uniforms and unlimited supply of french fries are just a bonus. It also gives me lots of free time to post here on cafepharma to tell pharma people how miserable the are and I can also comment on my own posts to make myself feel better.
