This place is EVERY BIT big pharma and they have even tried to push this mentality on the rare disease group where there is a mass exodus Hoing on now. These losers in charge, particulary Sternberg and Kobe have a 90s playbook that they don't deviate from. This is all to pump up the activity numbers so it will appeal to potential suitors.

If you want a typical, stale, old pharma job then sign yourself up. But my advice is buyer beware.

Hit the nail right on the head. Not to mention the long drawn out meetings with absolutely ZERO free time and the constant ad nauseum general sessions at said meetings. They could easily be compacted. Far from biotech mentality, all big pharma.
