How are people feeling?

5 months.....SOME of the senior managers were paid (off!) huge RETENTION BONUSES to stay and keep their mouths shut for a year. That will be up soon....in about 5 months. Lets see what happens then.
 






You see, the comments that its some one who has left or has been fired or, who is on unemployment posting on CP, are clear indicators of management scared some of their teams members are going to leave and "out" them, on the way.

Their pathetic belief is that if they can scare people into thinking that only "fired" people leave here and only people who have left are now on "unemployment", then they can prevent further blow back. Reality bites. People will continue to leave, sue and fire back. That's whats really going on here. The fact it, most are quite happily gainfully employed, remain in touch with people currently in the company and are aware of the ongoing lies being told.
 






Whether people leave...get fired...sue or not...is irrelevant. RB has an underlying dirtbag culture. All senior mgmt screw around hike married and don't try to sneak around about it. Everyone lies and is deceitful and if you aren't like that this job feels dirty but you stay because it pays the bills. I have NEVER seen so much disgusting behavior from the majority of people in a company EVER! Karma is a bitch people! When I leave or get fired I know I will be happier...hopefully my interviews go well.

Best of luck with your interviews. I agree completely with what you said. Everyone know executive leadership is screwing around with CLs, everyone knows off-label selling is cool, and everyone knows to look over not one but BOTH shoulders before speaking at a meeting.

Can only speak for myself, but I'm not screwing anyone in mgmt., have never sold off label and never will, and I behave like a professional at the meetings.

Agreed that most everyone lies and is full of themselves. However, there are good good decent people still here. Thank God for them. Some people left by choice and that does matter, because it show that some do actually make choices to leave the snake pit. Yeah, we all have to pay bills, but you know what? If you continue to buy the b.s. that RB is your daddy and you can't make it on your own or make a better salary or its not going to be better anywhere else, guess what? You get what you think you will get in life. It really is that simple.
 






As long as my paycheck keeps being deposited I am feeling fine. I goo to work everyday, 5 calls, no samples 110K plus. Why are people bitching and who gives a damn about managements exploits with CLS's. Who cares, doesn't affect me or my paycheck

Sadly for you, you are the minority. The organization runs rampant with things that would not be tolerated across industry and EVERYONE across the company acknowledges it. This is probably why the article was published today that RB is looking at selling RBP.
