5 months.....SOME of the senior managers were paid (off!) huge RETENTION BONUSES to stay and keep their mouths shut for a year. That will be up soon....in about 5 months. Lets see what happens then.
Whether people leave...get fired...sue or not...is irrelevant. RB has an underlying dirtbag culture. All senior mgmt screw around hike married and don't try to sneak around about it. Everyone lies and is deceitful and if you aren't like that this job feels dirty but you stay because it pays the bills. I have NEVER seen so much disgusting behavior from the majority of people in a company EVER! Karma is a bitch people! When I leave or get fired I know I will be happier...hopefully my interviews go well.

Best of luck with your interviews. I agree completely with what you said. Everyone know executive leadership is screwing around with CLs, everyone knows off-label selling is cool, and everyone knows to look over not one but BOTH shoulders before speaking at a meeting.

Next week will be one long party - heard corporate has a few surprises that we will like. Wait and see.
Can only speak for myself, but I'm not screwing anyone in mgmt., have never sold off label and never will, and I behave like a professional at the meetings.

Shitty. It isn't all about the paycheck for me. Its about people and how they treat each other. Damn, where did they find some of these cons?
For real! I've never seen such a brash display of unethical, non-compliant practices across any organization.
