Nice try, acting as if you aren't with this company. Its possible, you are some troll or a zero so bored with your own life and job, you troll others boards. Two things. First, you aren't talking with a rep here, its an ABM, as noted above, a position here, filled by only one or two people, actually deserving of management positions and the rest, well, lets just say they spend more time diverting answers to later or denying, than they do actually providing them or coming up with realistic suggestions.

2nd, it was the whole pharm influx that screwed this company up in the first place. Had they stayed on with their original plan of focus, this nightmare wouldn't be where it is and there wouldn't be so many young numbnuts working here. Be that what it is, there are some truly clinical, clinical liaisons who could out sell you reppie, ten times over, so go take care of your own company and leave the running of ours, to our company. Yeah it needs an overhaul, but not with more young shit heads with mental problems, looking for someone else to take care of them.
 






No one gets away with anything, in the long run and that's good news.

Eventually, their words come back to haunt them, their behavior gets turned around on them. Things have not gone well for some of them already and there is more to come.

You get what you put out, so next time you walk up and take a squat on someone, consider its going to come back on you sooner than you think.
 
























They only seem to fire CL's ...the real change needs to happen at ABM and RD level(or above) to see real positive change. It is not rocket science but clearly the powers that be aren't looking for positive change. Very bizarre culture at this company. Makes you feel "dirty" to work here but unfortunately the bills need paying. Depressing for sure...

Hell I love it here, why so much bitching about this company? Just do your damn job and quit all this crying about other people. If you are so depressed and unhappy then help yourself and leave, damn bunch of crying babies GTFO and go to that utopian job that everyone seems to where it is.

How about business savvy? Oh, that's right, they didn't really hire clinical liaisons did they? They hired pharma rep wannabes=newcomers and rejects from other companies, didn't they? They hired people who only wish they had some business sense, but in reality, they hope to someday acquire some.

Right, but wrong on one account. The CL's my friend, fired them. That's the facts, not the other way around. Few people have been fired, most left due to disgusting management.
 






Agreed on above post. Lots are headed to the exits, but I don't blame the ABMs. It starts in Richmond. Abuse has been allowed for a long time.

Can't wait to see what happens after Jan.1 when CVS coverage is gone, other managed care contract losses are revealed (because home office already knows, but sits on the info so no one panics), and competition heats up.

Please save all the responses about relationships. Relationships don't survive managed care losses.

Me too! Most of my friends here want to stay and work through this. We're looking forward to other treatments. If you don't like it here, leave!
