No dog in the fight anymore, but the fact you are posting a divide between Houston and Dallas in the Texas market speaks volume to your potential integrity. Houston was fine before Dallas and Dallas was fine before Houston. There was a wedge formed day one and all leaders should have equal skin in the game for that happening. The fact you are unwilling to acknowledge this SAMs work and other individuals effort within the entire market is comical. Should probably take a long look to see how you can help vs speaking without all the facts.
