Exciting change is coming- PO will be run like a primary care division until they merge with screening and everyone can promote the entire portfolio. Most of the portfolio will fail because they are botched products that no one wants or needs. Clueless management doesn’t understand primary care cancer screening differs from oncology providers and patients that already have cancer.

Too bad Extra didn’t have 2 sales teams launching it in breast cancer and prostate and then moved into other specialties rather than the train yourself on all specialties and then figure out who wants it approach. This company can’t get it together.

Rep that have 5 or more years of sales experience can now be considered up for senior if they are in good standing with the company and are nominated by their manager. Managers are only allowed to nominate a percentage of their team. This is to try and level set the pay discrepancy that exists in the field after external hires were considered for a higher pay grade
