Said Hilal Regional Medical Center - a "new generation" healthcare institution.
This is the softest company over ever worked for. I’ve had multiple sales roles and this company is weird. Everyone’s role is as important as another. Someone higher up should take a closer look at what’s going on in the field. People are attaching themselves to deals that they did not start. I’ve experienced this on numerous occasions. If you have nothing better to do than to attach yourself to other people’s deal, go work. Go find your own opportunities.
It’s sad. This is not a company I will be staying at long. This is a PSA to those looking to come over and those in leadership. I’m producing sales and know how to sell. So, no one can say I’m a bitter loser. I’m just sick of losers trying to take credit, mess up my deals, and frankly getting in my way.

All of the Applied Medical threads on Cafe Pharma have been unusually silent for months, and I miss the chatter. Is everybody too busy getting their resume's out and setting up interviews to post anything?
I just converted the Wallmart down the street from Applied. The customers love the cheap pricing on Trocars, as they never know when they may need them. Trocars are placed near checkout with other “impulse buy” items.
Still no comp plan and no quotas but hey all of you need to be in the OR at 630 selling Alexis C Section.

There is a reason people are leaving. Believe what you read on this board. I heard Spross got kicked out of education for bullying trainees and now he’s a manager. That sounds about right. I promise ANY other med device company is better than Applied. Done believe me? Feel free to find out for yourself.
"People are leaving".....come on. This place has been a revolving door for two decades. Find someone outside of a select few in upper mgmt that have been there longer than ten, even five years.
All those trainers are washed up. I can’t believe they make him a manager. Must be beyond desperate
Another joke of a quota. When will they learn. Half the reps I know already packed in for first quarter.
I just converted Applied Med Corp Office. Only issue may be, if they pay their invoices on time.
Yeah the quotas are unrealistic but you can still grow your territory and make solid commissions. I imagine the people complaining probably have bad managers. I happen to working at Applied.
