I know a couple of those. Personality and performance are poor but managed to get promoted. Just like her manager promoted despite being unqualified now she plays favorites very strange

This is what Dynavax calls a "pivot". They pivot every 4-6 months when whatever they threw at the wall didn't work. Then they gaslight you to believe that it's all normal, then they pivot again. Remember the last time they pivoted, the new hire was instantly first in the country and won the trip while being here 6 months. Same thing going on right now.

The insanity continues (insert Ross from Friends screaming PIVOT).
